We currently collect and process name, email, phone number and address contact details of our clients for order processing and marketing purposes.

How we obtain personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by our client for purposes of recording sales, order fulfilment and marketing. We may also receive personal information from cookies on our website, or indirectly from various consultants for purposes of marketing.

We use the information that our clients have given us in order to record and process orders and complete various marketing tasks.

We do not share this information outside our company and persons working with our company.  Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is our legitimate interest as a company, and the client’s consent. How we store our customer’s personal information

Client information is securely stored in various computer equipment owned and password protected by Belle Brummell Ltd. We keep the above personal information as long as Belle Brummell operates as an active company. If the company is discontinued, we will then dispose of client information by erasing all personal information as above from the company’s computer systems. This process will be completed by an expert third party.

A client has the right to ask us to complete information if they think it is incomplete. Finally our client has the right to ask us to restrict the use and processing of their personal information in various circumstances. There is no charge for our client to exercise their above rights.
