  1. Order Placement and Payment

Our unique designs are only put into production when you as our individual client orders it. Once you place the order, we ask for a 50% deposit payment which activates the fabric sourcing and manufacturing process. Once activated this process cannot be stopped, and no changes can be made to the order. This includes style, size, customised bust and sleeve length, and addition of the day and/or evening collar and cuff sets. Therefore please consider your needs before placing your order. If you choose to cancel the order at any time after the order is placed, the payment cannot be returned due to costs already incurred. Payments for the garment are accepted online on our website or by phone with a credit card or in person at a personal showing.

  1. Shipping

We pay for all shipping charges. You can decide on the geographical destination of shipment of your jacket. Our third-party delivery providers may ask for a signature on delivery for security purposes, and will make a number of attempts of delivery before it is returned to us. Delivery times may vary from time to time in accordance with local conditions such as weather or industrial action. We cannot take responsibility for such external events but we will do all we can to expedite the shipment. Usually we are able to deliver the finished garment within 8-10 weeks of order placement.

  1. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

Each jacket is made to individual order and so personalized to you as the individual client in terms of style, size, colour, and further chosen options Therefore we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after the order has been placed. However, if you let us know within 72 hours of garment receipt that there is a quality issue with the garment (including photos to show the specific issues), our tailors will address the issue immediately at our cost unless the garment has been used or exposed to other than regular wearing.

The intellectual property rights displayed in content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of Belle Brummell Ltd and is protected by UK and international trademark and copyright laws and treaties. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appear on this website unless for your own personal use, nor can you use any such content in connection with any other business or commercial enterprise unless you have our written permission. You can print and download extracts from the Website for your own personal use on the following basis: firstly no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way, and secondly no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text.

  1. Our Commitment of Quality

We make no compromises with regard to the quality of our jackets. Our quality control process with our manufacturers is rigorous and detailed. After manufacture, we again check all garments thoroughly before releasing it for delivery to you.

  1. Refreshment or Repair Services

Once the garment has been worn over the years by you as our client, we do offer repair and/or refreshment services. These repair services are highly bespoke and specified individually to you as the client in terms of costs and time required. Please contact us for further information.

We, any other party and any of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption), and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence, contract or otherwise) in connection with this website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this website, any websites linked to this website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your downloading of any material from this website or any websites linked to this Website.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977);

If your use as the client of material on this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you will need to cover all costs.
